Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 24 Hours . If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/ Returns or Refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases such as gas lighters. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For returns, you yourself need to ship the product approved by us to our provided address, and the refund amount in case will be 75% of the total order value.

No sale or best deal item will be eligible for return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds and cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, in order to Get full refund the cancellation should be done within 48 hrs of your order. If 48 hrs have passed by and the order has not been dispatched, 10% of the order amount will be deducted to process your refund. If 48 hrs have passed by and the order has been dispatched, in that case no refund will be given. 

For cancellation, just mail us the reason and the order number on help@kochenessential.com

Exchanges and Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@kochenessential.com and come personally with your item and invoice to: Shivam Enterprises, Sohna Chowk Civil Lines, 122001 Gurugram HR, India.
To return your product, you should courier /personally have to come with your product to: Shivam Enterprises ,Sohna Chowk Civil Lines, 122001 Gurugram HR, India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty and services
We hereby are not responsible for the services and faults in the electronics products i.e. appliances etc. We are just a platform to sell the branded products, not selling any type of local product, the brand themselves are responsible to provide services and warranty deals for their products used by the consumers. We as an ethics, as a b2c relation may register demo/service request on our customers behalf.

Shipping

For shipping in Gurugram, Haryana - the shipping for purchases above Rs 2500 is free and  for purchases less than Rs 2500, a minimal shipping cost of Rs 100 is added to your total cart value.

For shipping in New Delhi - the shipping for purchases above Rs 2500, a minimal delivery cost of Rs 75 is applicable  and  for purchases less than Rs 2500, a minimal shipping cost of Rs 125 is added to your total cart value.

For shipping in Rest of India - the shipping for purchases above Rs 2500, a minimal delivery cost of Rs 100 is applicable  and  for purchases less than Rs 2500, a minimal shipping cost of Rs 150 is added to your total cart value.

Standard delivery 

For Gurugram - shipping generally takes 1-2 working days to get delivered at your doorstep.

For New Delhi - shipping generally takes  2-3 working days to get delivered at your doorstep.

For Rest of India  - shipping generally takes 4-6 working days to get delivered at your doorstep.
